Part-time Customer Assistant Working hours Mon – Fri 10:00 -13:00, 15:00 – 17:30 and Sat 10:00-13:00 About the Role We are looking for a Part Time Caller to support our recruitment / customer outreach activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident on the phone, enjoy speaking with people, and are looking for flexible working hours. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to pre assigned contact lists • Introduce company services / job opportunities clearly and professionally] • Answer basic enquiries and handle call objections politely • Record call outcomes accurately in the system • Follow provided calling scripts and guidelines • Escalate qualified leads or interested candidates to the relevant team Requirements • Good communication skills in Cantonese (English and / or Mandarin is an advantage) • Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods • Basic computer skills for data entry • Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions • No prior experience required – training will be provided
