Job Description •Solicit business for rooms, banquet and F&B outlets from travel agents, airlines, commercial accounts, government departments, associations, clubs, trade missions and consulates. •Maintain good business relationship by means of keeping close contact with potential and established account. •Introduce various facilities and entertain tour / conference organizers of local / Hong Kong / overseas agents and airline personnel as well as commercial accounts. •Ensure that periodic follow-up for annual businesses are carried out. •Propose ways and means to improve room and banquet sales. •Coordinate with Convention Sales Team Office in preparing and executing regular direct mail campaigns which stimulate local / Hong Kong interest in the Hotel’s facilities, special events etc. Job Specification •Appropriate Sales & Marketing Training •University graduate or above and customer service. •Experienced Sales technique •3 years or above related experience •Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
