Key responsibilities

  • Documentation and reporting: Create, organize, and maintain project documents.
  • Assemble data and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Keep accurate records of inventory by using a computer, scanner.
  • Meeting coordination: Schedule meetings, create agendas, and distribute minutes to ensure everyone is informed.
  • Project tracking: Update timelines and trackers, monitor project progress, and ensure the team stays on schedule.
  • Act as a communication link between the project team, customer, and external stakeholders.

Skills and qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
  • Must be proficient in standard office software, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with inventory management and safety procedures.
  • Good at maintaining records and ensuring project compliance and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and a proactive approach are highly valued.
