Administrative Officer 行政主任_CAL

 Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise the work performance of Administrative Assistant;
  • Perform procurement related activities and sourcing of suppliers;
  • Prepare departmental reports as required;
  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative affairs of the company and coordination with different sites’ administrators;
  • Responsible for office management and maintenance, access for external service providers and liaise with building manager as necessary;
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letter, faxes, forms, and office guideline;
  • Act as receptionist in handling incoming phone calls and greeting visitors as necessary;
  • Providing assistance in company events;
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by supervisor;
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports, and prepare budget;
  • Handling Petty Cash.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field preferred;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good writing and speaking in both English and Chinese;
  • Experience in office administration is an advantage.
