Key Responsibilities: • Verify and post daily invoices and settlement transactions. • Prepare monthly financial reports accurately and in a timely manner. • Process payments and perform accounts payable reconciliation. • Conduct intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. • Prepare account analyses and assist in financial review processes. • Support other finance-related tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by management. Qualifications & Requirements: • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience; ability to handle full set of accounts is highly advantageous. • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing. • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Candidates with higher qualifications and more experience will be offered a higher position We offer attractive remuneration packages and excellent prospects for the right candidate.
