Key Responsibilities: Hotline Management: Manage and monitor the customer service hotline to ensure prompt, professional, and high-quality responses. Order Coordination: Coordinate daily customer orders efficiently, including accurate placement, preparation, and proactive follow-up. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with both external customers and internal business units. Reporting & Administration: Provide periodic operational reports and high-level administrative support to senior management. Issue Resolution: Handle diverse customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner. Cross-Divisional Alignment: Communicate key departmental updates—including order and inventory status—with sales and logistics teams to ensure operational transparency. Requirements: Expertise: Demonstrated customer service skills with a strong focus on building and sustaining long-term client relationships. Mindset: Highly proactive, well-organized, and forward-thinking with a strong attention to detail. Resilience: Self-driven and fully capable of thriving and maintaining accuracy under pressure. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; fluency in English and Cantonese is required. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and general computer applications. Education: Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline. A background or interest in food and food science is a distinct advantage.
