Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Drive sales and marketing initiatives across a diverse, premium portfolio of fine food, grocery, chilled, and frozen products in Macau.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders in the hotel, restaurant, and retail sectors.

Commercial Strategy: Support the Sales Manager in achieving revenue and EBIT targets within assigned distribution channels.

Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of periodic management reports and the development of proactive sales strategies, budgets, and commercial policies.

Tender Management: Lead the preparation of product tenders with key accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals and market demands.

Client Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service to strengthen relationships with both existing accounts and potential clients.

Reporting Structure: Report directly to the Senior Sales Manager, offering valuable market insights to optimize overall business performance.

Requirements:
Expertise: Proven track record in marketing and product promotion, with a strategic approach to business development.

Mindset: Highly self-motivated, proactive, creative, and target-driven, with a forward-thinking mindset and strong leadership potential.

Resilience: Strong ability to work under pressure, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a dynamic business environment.

Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging diverse B2B audiences.

Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and essential business software.

Education: Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Knowledge of food or food science is a distinct advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the food and beverage trading sector.
