Logistic Coordinator/物流協調員

 Logistic Coordinator
Job Duties:
1) Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and supply chain operations.
2) Ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
3) Prepare and process shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs forms).
4) Input and update logistics-related data accurately in internal systems.
5) Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
6) Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
1) 1–3 years relevant working experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2) Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems.
3) Good communication and problem-solving skills.

工作職責:
1) 協調及跟進日常物流及供應鏈運作。
2) 確保貨物能及時、準確出貨。
3) 準備及處理出貨文件(發票、裝箱單、報關文件)。
4) 準確將物流數據輸入及更新於公司內部系統(如ERP、倉儲系統)。
5) 與供應商、貨運代理及內部團隊溝通,確保配送順利進行。
6) 確保進出口流程符合法規及公司政策。

職位要求:
1) 具1–3年相關工作經驗者優先考慮,亦歡迎應屆畢業生應徵。
2) 熟悉MS Office及物流系統操作。
3) 具良好溝通能力及問題解決能力。
