What you will be doing: • Responsible for handling and processing enquiries, PO and warranty orders opening in accordance with internal procedures (SOP, ERP, etc. ) • Monitoring and update shipment schedules to customers in timely manner • Following up on payment deposits and L/C to ensure task completed on time and to a high standard • Effectively Requesting and following up on required documents for shipments • Work closely with the Sales team in Hong Kong on daily sales administrative, operation and clerical duties • Support all ad hoc sales related tasks Skills needed to be successful in this role: • Highly organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision • Attention to details, proactive, strong execution and learning agility • Strong business acumen, Mature, self-motivated Preferred Qualifications: • High School graduate or above • 2 years’ sales operation related experience, will hands on solid experience handling shipment • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese including Mandarin, ability on other Asian language is a plus • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, preferably with experience on using ERP system (Oracle) • Immediately available is highly preferred Wondering if you should apply?
