管業服務員 II (商場物業助理)

主要職責：

- 負責商場內的客戶服務工作、處理客戶的投訴

- 負責確保物業設施妥善保養、跟進物業設施的保養問題

- 監督服務供應商的表現

職位要求：

高中或以上學歷；

具物業管理或客戶服務經驗；

能夠獨立工作，良好的人際關係及溝通技巧
