Job Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive ID (interior design) concepts that align with branding, aesthetics, and spatial requirements;
• Create detailed design drawings, layouts, and mood boards using CAD and visualization tools along with schedules, and specifications for review and approval by architects and stakeholders;
• Collaborate with stakeholder to determine design preferences, functional requirements, and project scope and update designs per client/ops and regulatory feedback throughout design development;
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless design execution;
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and verify alignment with design intent;
• Ensure design solutions support sustainability, safety, and accessibility considerations;
• Specify materials, finishes, lighting, color schemes, and furnishings that meet local building/fire code along with quality and design standards;
• Review and interpret technical drawings, construction details, and vendor specifications;
• Team-player attitude with excellent time management skills and passion for design and construction processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Space Design and Interior Design or related field;
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience;
• Proficient in CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.;
• Knowledge of building materials, construction methods and sustainability practices;
• Understanding of building codes and regulations;
• Able to conceptualize spatial designs and layouts;
• Strong ability to visually render 2D and 3D designs;
• Knowledge of design trends and styles;
• Attention to aesthetic and functional design principles;
• Able to clearly convey designs through drawings and visual aids;
• Organized and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks;
• Proficient in tracking revisions and maintaining as-built records;
• Comfort working on projects under deadlines;
• Collaborative team player attitude and Passion for design and innovation;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
