What You Will Be Doing

Responsible for all matters pertaining to the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis process for the business unit, consolidate financial result and forecast input to the management reporting system
Conduct costing and profitability analysis, and perform variance analysis to enhance business performance.
Work with Senior Management to conduct comprehensive financial analysis to provide strategic input
Monitor spending, handle costing analysis and perform variance analysis to improve business performance
Complete monthly analysis reports and review business unit and company performance
Manage and implement system-related solutions.
Conduct compliance and internal control in financial matters.
Any ad hoc activities arising

Who is our Right Fit

Experience 8+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with regional exposure in APAC Industry Logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related sectors preferred
A good communicator who thrives on maintaining strong client relationships through video calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Proficiency in data modeling and a keen understanding of numerical analysis in the context of big data.
Ability to adapt to evolving business environments, drive change, and navigate complex financial landscapes.
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
Have a proactive and analytical mindset to problem solving
Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Experience with ERP software, particularly familiarity with SAP, is advantageous.
