Assistant Business Manager

 Job Duties:
• provide administrative support and prepare and verify documentation
• assist with client inquiries and transaction,
• Routine Teller Task (cash and non-cash transaction);
• Issuing bank draft, cashier order, remittances and deposit;
• Selling and promoting the banking products;
• Solicit prospective customers for commercial banking services and achieve business targets
• Prepare credit proposals, conduct regular credit reviews and monitor credit quality of the portfolio
• Promote commercial lending products and services such as Trade Finance and SME loans.
• Maintain and deepen the relationship with customers to ensure long term loyalty and retention
• Ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers;Job Duties:

Requirements:
• University degree in accounting, economics, finance or business studies; Financial certification such as CFA or equivalent is a plus
• Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably gained from bank;
• Excellent knowledge of MS office, especially Excel, Word and Power Point
• Good analytical and writing skills
• Outgoing and with good communications skill;
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Portuguese;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication and documentation skills
• Able to work under pressure.
