As the Manager, Finance & Administration, you will assist to manage the full spectrum of accounting, financial control, treasury and administrative functions of the Branch. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with the Head Office. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for Senior Manager. Major Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate accounting and control of all daily financial transactions. • Manage the monthly financial closing process with high quality and within deadlines agreed with the Head Office. • Prepare and report financial results, highlighting performance relative to budget. • Act as the secondary primary contact for local regulatory matters, ensuring all required reports are submitted accurately and on time. • Coordinate IT-related matters with the Head Office to ensure alignment with internal standards and policies. • Assist in the management and control of the Branch’s fixed assets. • Assist to manage the development, enhancement, and digitalization of finance and accounting systems; drive system implementation and streamline finance operations. • Assist in daily treasury operations • Consolidate financial data and metrics to support internal and external reporting requirements. • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Macau Branch. • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure smooth audit engagements. • Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to Senior Management to support decision‑making and improve profitability. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) is a must. • Solid knowledge of financial accounting, controls, or treasury operations, with 6–8 years of experience in the financial services industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role; experience with a Big 4 audit firm is an advantage. • In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and the Macau regulatory framework. • Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, preparation of financial statements, and partnering with senior leadership to identify critical operational requirements. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English; strong problem‑solving capability, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a positive, team‑oriented mindset. • Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in financial analysis and modelling. • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. As a strategic thinker by demonstrating strong industry insight is an advantage. • Proven track record in driving process improvements or finance automation initiatives is an advantage. • As an active player in external professional networks, such as accounting or financial associations in Macau, is a plus. • The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong professional integrity, be a strategic thinker, possess solid industry and marketing insight.
