Major Responsibilities • Responsible for handling accounting transactions and general support of daily accounting function • Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment • Strengthen and growing relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments • Processing invoices in accordance with our policies and procedures. • Responsible for the asset management with all the departments. • Liaise with external auditors and tax professionals, and provide support in audit and tax preparation • Perform ad hoc projects as required Requirements • Degree/Diploma holder in Business, Finance/Accounting or related discipline • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in hotel/serviced residence preferred • Self-motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting System (such as Oracle and RMS) • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
