Job Descriptions

• Consolidate financial data of over 100 companies that are subsidiaries or affiliates;
• Prepare Group consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting  Standards and internal policies;
• Ensure cash flow at optimal position and working capital at both company and group pre-determined level;
• Prepare OPEX, CAPEX budgets and memorandum for Directors;
• Develop & maintain a strong relationship with external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Business, Finance or Accounting;
• Minimum of 20 years’ solid experience in management accounting and financial analysis in a medium-sized or large-sized organization;
• Member of the HKICPA or equivalent professional certificate is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
