Job Description

• Report all finance, accounting, audit and tax issues under the Hong Kong Listing Rules and applicable accounting standards to senior and top management; provide them with strategic advices, financial insights and recommendations;
• Consolidate financial data of over 100 companies that are subsidiaries or affiliates;
• Develop processes to ensure compliance with local and international laws and taxation;
• Participate in system migration projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Business, Finance or Accounting;
• Minimum of 20 years’ solid experience in management accounting and financial analysis in a medium-sized or large-sized organization;
• Member of the HKICPA or equivalent professional certificate is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
