Position Summary

• Provide application support on Casino gaming application.
• Document business flows and identify gaps in business and system flows
• Coordinate with software development staff or vendors on application support matters.
• Provide technical solutions and systems configurations to meet users’ requirement.
• Controlled processing of support requests for nominated systems in a timely and effective manner according to the defined SLA.
• Provide instruction to clients in the use of system and applications to maintain user confidence.
• Ensure operation scenarios and procedures are documented for systems and support functions.
• Perform system test to ensure the quality products are delivered and meet user expectation.

• 1 years relevant working experience on Casino Gaming Application Support or development
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently and efficiently.
• Good working knowledge of the processes and procedures that will be in use and how these relate to the operation of IT Systems.
• Good communications, interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels with internal and external parties are also needed.
• Work under on-call basis if needed.
• Understanding on PMP and ITIL is an advantage.
