The senior management team within the group comprises, of necessity, highly skilled executives with critical experience in the field of complex system solutions for the casino environment, knowledge of casino and resort operations at the most advanced level and high-level understanding of the strategic importance of solutions which meet the compliance, security, financial integrity and customer relationship needs of resort operators.

Junior Systems Support Analyst

This position requires a driven and motivated individual with a desire to provide the best possible service to the customer.

Job Description:

Installation and configuration of customer production and back of house systems, as well as systems for internal use.
Provide L1 or L2 support for WDTS software products throughout the Asia Pacific region. This may sometimes require onsite travel.
Perform preventive maintenance activities in customer environments.
Coordinate and work with regional partners to address customer issues.
Technical setup and support for trade shows.
Other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Requirements:

Post-secondary degree or diploma in I.T. or computer-related field.
Work experience in application support or systems implementation is a plus.
Knowledge or experience with scripting, database (SQL) queries.
Knowledge of IP networking principles.
Experience in Linux and open source products is a plus.
Knowledge or experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Podman.
Eager and fast learner.
Solution-oriented and customer driven.
Good analysis and troubleshooting skills.
