Both companies operate within the technology sector and focus principally on the invention, development and delivery of sophisticated system solutions for multi-national casinos which typically form part of multi-purpose integrated entertainment resorts.

The WDG Macau Ltd. customer base includes several large internationally registered public companies as well as many significant privately held entities.

The senior management team within the group comprises, of necessity, highly skilled executives with critical experience in the field of complex system solutions for the casino environment, knowledge of casino and resort operations at the most advanced level and high-level understanding of the strategic importance of solutions which meet the compliance, security, financial integrity and customer relationship needs of resort operators.

Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and energetic candidate to work for a cutting-edge technology company, and acquire insight into the casino gaming industry. This position will take on the management of key client projects with the goal of delivering projects on time, within budget and within scope.

Job Description:

Develop a detailed project plan to execute, monitor and track progress.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification technique.
Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plan.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Successfully manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the department and organization.
Ensure the project delivery is compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and standards for this industry.

Requirements:

Education degree in the fields of computer science or engineering.
Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector.
Solid technical background with understanding of and hands-on experience in project managing large scale deployments.
Excellent client-facing communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, and Smartsheet a plus.
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Casino project management experience is a plus.
