Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage high-quality projects, delivering them on time and under budget with a customer-focused approach
Potentially handle up to 2 projects concurrently
Manage business requirements from all relevant departments and work with the project team to prioritize tasks and drive projects to completion
Manage user expectations, scope changes, and resolve/escalate issues as needed, maintaining a customer-centric focus
Oversee project timelines and validate deliverables with the team, vendors, and contractors to meet business objectives
Manage project documentation, communications, costs, and payment schedules with vendors
Report to the IT Strategic Project Team/Datacenter Team
Provide project status reports, meeting minutes, requirements documents, and other artifacts per Project Management Standards
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to customer management in a timely and professional manner
Identify and mitigate project risks
Interface with and manage suppliers
Provide regular project summaries to customer management

Qualifications and Requirements:

3+ years (Project Manager) or 5+ years (Senior Project Manager) of full-time IT project management experience in infrastructure systems and business applications
Knowledge of project methodologies and ability to lead projects
Highly detail-oriented, with strong business requirements gathering and documentation skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
Ability to negotiate and influence key personnel across multiple business units and geographies, driving positive change
Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about excellence
Fluency in English and Cantonese preferred
Knowledge of hospitality and casino business applications is advantageous
Macau ID or valid work permit/visa
