Senior App Developer

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize MongoDB shard keys, change streams, and aggregation pipelines for high-performance applications.
• Ensure ACID compliance in database transactions for data integrity.
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Uni-App or Native Java for Android & iOS.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, optimize app performance, and implement crash analytics for stability.
• Manage app store deployments (Google Play & Apple App Store).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and code reviews.
• Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git).
• Work on Integrated Resorts (IR) systems, particularly in marketing and hotel booking engine integrations (preferred).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3yrs+ of relevant education background（Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field）
- Strong experience in MongoDB: Shard Key Design, Change Stream Development, Aggregation Pipeline Optimization, Transaction Management (ACID)
- Proven mobile development experience: Uni-App / Native Java (Android & iOS), API Integration & Performance Optimization, Crash Analytics & App Store Deployment
- Familiarity with Integrated Resorts (IR) systems (marketing, hotel booking engines) is a strong plus.
- Agile/Scrum experience (sprint planning, iterative delivery, code reviews).
- DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, version control (Git).
- Previous experience in hospitality, gaming, or travel-related industries.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with real-time data processing & microservices architecture.
