  • The Bank of East Asia, Limited is the largest independent local bank in Hong Kong. To cope with the business operation in Macau, we are now seeking high calibre persons to take up the following positions in BEA Macau Branch.

Technical Support

Job Duties:
 
  • Provide daily maintenance of computer software and programs;
  • Support daily IT operation to the end-users;
  • Install and provide technical support for all business processing/reporting systems running in the Branch.
  • Keep accurate IT inventory records and assist in the preparation of the Memos for software / hardware maintenance and support service renewal

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline with 1 year relevant working experience;
  • Knowledge in using Windows 2016 or above server, IIS, Oracle database, VMware ,SQL server, SQL, Web development, etc;
  • It is better to have knowledge on network setup and administration
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated;
  • Willing to work overtime and under pressure;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
