Responsibilities: • Assist with the development and management of the Reservation Team, supervising the daily operations. • Monitor and manage the room reservation and room availability, to maximize hotel occupancy and average daily rate. • Ensure the information and data input into the reservation system is precise and accurate, for both existing and new clients. • Ensure all enquires, requests or complaints by telephone, email and fax are handled promptly and professionally, providing full and up-to-date knowledge of the hotel products and services. • Oversee the execution and adherence of hotel’s policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows. • Prepare reservation reports and assist in forecasting occupancy trends. • Work closely with Front Office, Sales Team & Marketing Team and other departments to ensure guest expectations are met. • Perform other duties assigned by Management. Requirement: • Minimum 2 years of experience for Senior Reservations Agent or 4 years of experience for Assistant Reservations Manager in hotel reservations. • University graduate in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualifications. • Experienced in working with travel agents, OTAs, proficient in hotel systems including but not limited to Opera ORS, Opera PMS, CRM, etc. • Detail-minded, good organization and communication skills, with excellent telephone manner and customer service. • Able to work on shift, multi-task and independent. • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, written and spoken. • Macau resident/holder of Macau ID card.
