Card Center | Acquiring Service Clerk

Qualifications:
 
  • University graduated or above;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Computer literate;
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
  • Immediate available is preferable.

Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer enquiries and proactively follow up with related parties;
  • Process daily transactions and logistic tasks;
  • Perform on-site support, training and relevant maintenance;
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
  • Administrative works.
