• University graduated or above;
• With 1 to 2 years procurement experience is preferable;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office;
• High integrity with proactive personality and detailed at work;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment and handle the ad hoc request;
• With IT knowledge will be the advantage;
• Working under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective;
• Conduct supplier and product research to ensure the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality;
• Prepare and implement effective negotiation tactics;
• Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contracts;
• Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests;
• Provide support to the other areas which under Sustainable Supplies and Facilities Management;
• Compliance with the BNU Policies and Procedure to perform the procurement process;
• Working closely with the users to understanding the requirement and analysis if there are any alternative in the market with much cost – efficiency.
