Responsibilities: - Effectively manage the daily store operations to achieve sales target. - Propose periodic targets to drive extra sales. - Develop a sales team with professional customer service to enhance customer shopping experience and loyalty by the proficient implementation and execution of different management tools, e.g. Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Training Briefing, Tier Management, etc. - Keep a good relationship with the brands to maintain an efficient and effective store inventory, merchandizing strategy, and display in shop. - Create a teamwork environment for the stores. Requirements: - 5 years or above experience in luxury watch retail or related field will be an advantage. - Fluent in Cantonese and good command of Mandarin and English. - Strong analytical skills and excellent market sense.
