Responsibilities: - Effectively manage the daily store operations to achieve sales target and propose periodic targets to drive extra sales. - Develop a sales team with professional customer service to enhance customer shopping experience and loyalty by the proficient implementation and execution of different management tools, e.g. Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Training Briefing, Tier Management, etc. -Be responsible for all quality updates analysis and customer product feedback for Macau retail watches market. -Keep a good relationship with the brands to maintain an efficient and effective store inventory, merchandizing strategy, and display in stores. -Train, develop and create a teamwork environment in effectively provide sales team on the above responsibilities for the stores. -Work closely with Macau and Hong Kong colleagues. Requirements: - 5 years or above experience in luxury watch retail or related field will be an advantage. - Strong analytical skills and excellent market sense. - Ability to function effectively in a high performance team. - Fluent in Cantonese and good command of Mandarin and English. - Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Boutique Manager. - Candidates with no luxury watch retail experience will be considered.
