日豐車行是日本汽車品牌豐田、凌志及日野車系的澳門地區總代理，代理的車種廣泛，能夠迎合不同顧客的需要，私家車種類包括小型汽車、豪華房車、轎跑車、油電混合引擎的環保汽車、越野四驅車及多用途汽車等；而商用汽車方面，有的士、小型巴士、輕型貨車、中型貨車及重型貨車等，為不同客戶提供多元化的選擇。

Job Responsibility:

As an ambassador of our new Electronic Vehicle brand to create & represent our lively image to our potential customers
Proactively communicate and engage customers, also deliver information on our exceptional brand and product to customers to lead to vehicle purchase
Efficiently collect customer information through multiple channels, including but not limited to physical showroom, external displays, live streaming, etc.
Understand customers intention & purchasing motivation to create customer profile for future communication and follow up
Deliver extraordinary customer experience
Assist customers in product selection and introduce company’s charging solution, vehicle financing, motor insurance and after sales solution to customers
Provide quality test drive service and participate in vehicle delivery

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of customer servicing or retail experience
Resilient with a proven track record in sales
Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term with clients and community, understand the needs and changes of the market.
Outgoing, proactive and pleasant personality
Strong sense of team spirit
Good command of spoken English and Chinese
MUST have and maintain a valid driver’s license
Willing to take up shift duty
Immediate available is preferred
