Job Duties: • Compile regular reports and perform data analysis - Daily report - Mid-month and Monthly report - Sales performance report, including weekly and monthly KPI reports - Monthly KPI recaps - Incentive analysis report (Communicate with all MO SICs) - Competitor analysis report (Communicate with all MO DMS stores) - Monthly operation expense reports • Regular operation meeting with SIC / 2nd tier staff (2 times per month) - Review action plan with store Supervisor or Senior Sales - Coach Excel, analytical and reporting skills to SIC and Supervisor - Communicate with SIC directly and brainstorm ways to facilitate store operational efficiency • Regular store visit - Visit all MO DMS stores and communicate with SIC and staff on up-to-date performance, KPI progress and provide recommendations. - Support and follow-up on store administrative work, e.g. store hardware including but not limited to electronic equipment, IT related applications, customer traffic count, etc. • Retail administration Support and counterchecking with stores - OT meal & taxi claim - Petty cash claim - Cleaning expenses - Guardforce expenses - Follow-up on third parties' services such as cleaning, Guardforce and uniform washing services Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, retail or related disciplines • 1-3 years of working experiences; Fresh graduate will also be considered • Passionate in luxury retail business and willing to learn with positive attitude • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint application) • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese • Detail-minded, well organized and sensitive to figures • Good communications and interpersonal skills • Proactive and able to multi-task and meeting tight deadlines
