Responsible for planning and implementing the business plan in accordance with store targets and results, and the overall management of a store.

Operate autonomously, fully responsible for the running of the store, including both daily operational matters and long term business strategy, responsible for achieving sales targets and other service objectives. Will take a proactive hands-on approach to manage operations, working with the team to resolve daily issues in a timely manners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop Managers to ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every Client, through demonstrating and modeling the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes. Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs, and those of their team, partner with the In-store Trainer to tailor individual action plans
• Hire, evaluate, train, position and discipline the staff in a manner consistent with company policies to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals.
• Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor (Role Model etc).
• Continuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
• Implement Events and develop in-store incentives that will continue to grow customer base, with particular emphasis placed on building local market.
• Provide “best estimates” for forecasts of Monthly Sales targets.
• Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets for the store; assess, monitor and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved
• Uphold excellent quality, in conjunction with efficient and friendly customer service. Monitor staff performance to ensure that excellent customer service is maintained.
• Aim to exceed customer expectations of Louis Vuitton services and products, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction at all times.
• Establish and implement action plans in cooperation with the Retail Manager, to develop sales for each product category and clientele. (local and tourist).
• Be aware of local trading environment and it’s impact on our sales, including competitors’ trading activities.
• Act as brand ambassador to strengthen relationship with the VIP clientele.
• Translate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives

PROFILE:

• Minimum of 8 years experience with at least 4 years of management experience
• Strong knowledge in fashion and luxury retail industry
• Excellent presentation skills
• Capable of analyzing, organizing and planning
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Presentable, creative, diplomatic and detail oriented
• Excellent proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong computer literacy
