工作內容
  •  確保餐飲部各餐廳之日常運營順暢並符合品牌標準
  • 以專業形象與服務標準,向賓客清晰及準確地提供餐飲資訊
  • 對菜單上的所有菜品和飲料有全面的知識和理解,並能推薦菜品和飲料的搭配及促銷
  • 及時處理賓客的需求與投訴,並提供專業解決方案
  • 協助監督及管理餐飲部員工的排班、培訓及日常工作,以確保營運效率
  • 與廚房及其他部門保持良好溝通,確保餐飲服務順暢
  • 定期檢查餐飲設施、服務流程及食品品質,確保符合衛生及安全規範定期檢查餐飲設施、服務流程及食品品質,確保符合衛生及安全規範
  • 協助執行成本控制及庫存管理,確保資源合理運用
  • 協助準備年度市場計劃,作爲完成餐飲部年度市場計劃的依據
職位要求 
  • 具備2至3年五星級酒店餐飲部副經理工作經驗
  • 擁有優秀的領導能力與溝通技巧,能有效協調團隊工作
  • 熟悉餐飲服務流程及食品安全標準,具備高度服務意識
  • 具備良好銷售技巧及成本控制意識
  • 具有會議宴會經驗優先
  • 具備良好中文、英文和韓文能力,能與不同背景的賓客及同事溝通

Job Description
  • Ensure the smooth daily operation of all restaurants in compliance with brand standards.
  • Consistently provide guests with clear and accurate information, reflecting the hotel’s professional image and service standards.
  • Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally while providing effective solutions.
  • Assist in supervising and managing staff scheduling, training, and daily operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Conduct regular inspections of outlets, service procedures, and food quality to ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
  • Assist in cost control and inventory management to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Assists to prepare a yearly marketing plan which is the basis of the Food and Beverage Annual Marketing

Job Requirements
  • 2 - 3 year’s experience as an Assistant Manager in Food & Beverage at a 5-star hotel
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate team performance effectively.
  • Familiarity with F&B service procedures and food safety standards, with a high level of service awareness.
  • Good sales skills and awareness of cost control.
  • Experience in event service is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese, English and Korean, with the ability to communicate with guests and colleagues of diverse backgrounds.
