工作內容
確保餐飲部各餐廳之日常運營順暢並符合品牌標準
以專業形象與服務標準,向賓客清晰及準確地提供餐飲資訊
對菜單上的所有菜品和飲料有全面的知識和理解,並能推薦菜品和飲料的搭配及促銷
及時處理賓客的需求與投訴,並提供專業解決方案
協助監督及管理餐飲部員工的排班、培訓及日常工作,以確保營運效率
與廚房及其他部門保持良好溝通,確保餐飲服務順暢
定期檢查餐飲設施、服務流程及食品品質,確保符合衛生及安全規範定期檢查餐飲設施、服務流程及食品品質,確保符合衛生及安全規範
協助執行成本控制及庫存管理,確保資源合理運用
協助準備年度市場計劃,作爲完成餐飲部年度市場計劃的依據
職位要求
具備2至3年五星級酒店餐飲部副經理工作經驗
擁有優秀的領導能力與溝通技巧,能有效協調團隊工作
熟悉餐飲服務流程及食品安全標準,具備高度服務意識
具備良好銷售技巧及成本控制意識
具有會議宴會經驗優先
具備良好中文、英文和韓文能力,能與不同背景的賓客及同事溝通

Job Description
Ensure the smooth daily operation of all restaurants in compliance with brand standards.
Consistently provide guests with clear and accurate information, reflecting the hotel’s professional image and service standards.
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally while providing effective solutions.
Assist in supervising and managing staff scheduling, training, and daily operations to ensure efficiency.
Maintain clear and effective communication with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service.
Conduct regular inspections of outlets, service procedures, and food quality to ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
Assist in cost control and inventory management to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Assists to prepare a yearly marketing plan which is the basis of the Food and Beverage Annual Marketing
Job Requirements
2 - 3 year’s experience as an Assistant Manager in Food & Beverage at a 5-star hotel
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate team performance effectively.
Familiarity with F&B service procedures and food safety standards, with a high level of service awareness.
Good sales skills and awareness of cost control.
Experience in event service is an advantage.
Proficiency in both Chinese, English and Korean, with the ability to communicate with guests and colleagues of diverse backgrounds.
