店舖經理 (Stecco Natura)

 Stecco Natura – 源於意大利西西里的優質冰點

工作職責：

  • 監督及管理分區店舖營運及人手安排；
  • 通過標準流程指導及培訓團隊成員，確保服務和產品質素；
  • 協調和聯絡運營夥伴，包括各供應商、物業管理和其他承包商；
  • 協助管理層完成新項目或臨時項目工作。
工作要求：
  • 6年或以上餐飲/零售及2年區域/連鎖店舖管理經驗；
  • 持有食品衛生監督課程證書優先考慮；
  • 良好粵語、英語和普通話口語及書寫能力；
  • 願意輪班及不同地點工作。
