Job Description • Report to the Head of Casino Marketing Department, assuring a smooth information and communication flow between the Management and the Department. • Manage the daily operation of the Department, maintain good communication and pursue improvement. • Lead the Service Team and the Production Team, develop team management such as motivation and supervision to achieve business goals and assure the quality of products and service. • Monitor and ensure the workplace complying with the safety and hygiene standard of Hotel. • Work closely with the Production Team on planning and tasting of F&B new products • Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner for higher quality of excellent customer services. • Accomplish the tasks assigned by the Management 職責 • 向娛樂場市場推廣部主管匯報,上傳下達。 • 負責管理娛樂場餐飲部日常營運,保持良好溝通,完善運作。 • 領導服務團隊與生產團隊,執行團隊管理,包括激勵與督導,以達至業務目標並保證食品與服務質量。 • 監督及保證所有工作場所的安全與衛生符合酒店標準。 • 積極協助生產團隊的新產品策劃和品嚐。 • 及時回應客人的投訴,提升優質的顧客服務。 • 完成公司管理層委派的工作。
