Job Opportunities: • Manage stock in and out arrangements to maintain optimal inventory levels. • Prepare and report stock level updates regularly. • Handle Loan and RAM units effectively. • Collaborate with vendors to follow up on repair statuses. • Update service and maintenance periods in the Asset Management System. • Remind the Sales team in advance about upcoming service and maintenance period ends. • Assist with office equipment and stationery arrangements in coordination. Qualification or Experience: • Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management or related field is preferred. • 5 years relevant experience in logistics and warehouse management. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams. • Proficiency in inventory management systems. • Good communication and coordination skills to collaborate with employees at different levels. • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. • Detail-oriented and positive working attitude. • Fluent written English and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese. • Macau ID holder. • Working day: Mon-Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm.
