Exceptional presentation and communications skills are required. Experience • Required – Prior Customer Service, Guest relations/Hospitality experience in the gaming industry are preferred. • The company's complex and operating environment. • Company products, services and organisational structure. • Pleasant and mature disposition. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Experience in a service-oriented environment, previous customers service exposure is desired. • Ability to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on a rotation basis • Communication: Conversational Mandarin/Cantonese, Basic english
