Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily Production Department, monitoring department work schedules. - Daily operations to ensure smooth business functioning and ensure production quality standards. - Sourcing materials, spare parts and cables for assembling use. - Assist production staff in various tasks such as assembling components, packaging finished products, and operating machinery. - Assist in managing inventory levels by accurately recording stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. - Maintain and clean production equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns promptly. - Keep the production area clean and organized, including disposing of waste materials appropriately. - Accurately complete production-related documentation and reports as required. - Collaborate effectively with other team members, including operator technicians, and supervisors, to meet production goals. - Travel to China plants for QC, inspection and other casino properties for on-site installations or testing. - Other ad hoc jobs assigned by the TCS Company. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above in technology or a related field. - English is required for communication. - Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions closely. - Good leadership skills and a team player mentality with a strong sense of responsibility. - Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation with problem solving skills. - Willingness to learn, travel and take on new challenges.
