MEP Site Supervisor / 機電現場主管

Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage on-site execution of E&M works, monitor construction progress, quality and site safety.
  • Liaise with project team, subcontractors, suppliers and clients; resolve on-site technical and emergency issues.
  • Assist in E&M system inspection, testing and acceptance activities
  • Prepare site reports and project records; arrange material and equipment delivery.
  • Enforce site safety regulations, conduct safety inspections to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant E&M site supervision experience.
  • Good command of both Chinese and English (preferred) for verbal and written communication.
  • Able to read E&M construction drawings, familiar with E&M construction procedures, engineering standards and safety requirements.
  • Able to work on construction site and adjust working hours according to project needs.

  • 負責機電工程現場執行管理，監控施工進度、品質與工地安全
  • 協調工程團隊、分包商、供應商及客戶，處理現場技術及突發問題
  • 協助處理機電系統測試、檢查及驗收相關工作
  • 撰寫現場報告、工程記錄，跟進材料、設備進場安排
  • 執行工地安全規範，落實安全巡查，降低工安風險

要求：

  • 具3 年或以上機電工程現場管理經驗
  • 懂中英文溝通為佳，可使用英文進行簡單書信及口頭溝通
  • 能看懂機電施工圖紙，熟悉機電施工流程、相關工程規範及安全要求
  • 能接受工地出勤，配合工程需要調整工作時間
  • 澳門居民
