Responsibilities: - Prepare and design scope of works or technical reports - Monitor project progress and preparing status reports - Site supervision, attend meetings and liaise with other departments and users - Prepare documentations for projects include drafting minutes, permits arrangement - Any Ad-hoc related tp projects are required. Requirements: - 5 years or above in construction project management (Building/ Fitiing Out, etc) - Higher Diploma or above in Construction/ Civil/ Building Engineer/ Architecture or any relevant subjects; - Strong orginizational and communication skills - Experience to work with contractors/ sub-contractors - Constrcution/ Site management skills - Computer knowledge in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ Power-Point)
