Project Administrator (急聘)

Responsibilities

  • General assistance to Project Manager in handling administrative issue throughout projects from design, production, fit-out.
  • Coordinate meetings for all different parties internally and externally, prepare the meeting minutes, reports, track record, project status updates etc.
  • Attend site meetings and inspection
  • Prepare AutoCAD drawings, specifications and tender documents.
  • Provide clerical support including preparation of documents, correspondences and reports, document control and other administrative works
  • manage schedules, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members.
  • Managing budgets and expenditure, Planning projects, Recommending changes
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations, Following instructions, Hiring contractors and service providers

Requirements

  • Degree in Building Studies / Architectural Studies or related disciplines with 2 years working experiences
  • Knowledge and experience in interior design/ F&B industry / Minor Works / BQ is an advantage.
  • Responsible, hard-working, communicative and willing to learn.
  • Strong planning, organizing and coordination skills
  • Undertake any ad-hoc task as assigned
  • Good command and written in English, Cantonese.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office, MS Outlook and MS Project.
