PREQUISITES. WHAT IT TAKES TO JOIN.

• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture required
• Strength in technical construction details
• Understanding in statutory compliance.
• Good mentoring and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent skilled in AutoCAD, Revit/ArchiCAD, Sketchup & Adobe Suite programs
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• Priority will be given to those with experience in government public project or large hotel project management and coordination

OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATION. WHAT WILL BE A BONUS.

• Experience with ISO Quality Management System.
• PMP Certification
