Junior Research Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Market Tracking: Assist in gathering, organizing, and updating quantitative and qualitative property market data (e.g. pricing, supply/demand trends, vacancy rates).
• Research & Reporting: Support senior analysts in drafting market reports, newsletters, and regular briefings by synthesizing complex data into clear summaries.
• Presentation & Marketing Support: Prepare visual data charts, pitch decks, and research-driven marketing materials for client presentations or internal stakeholders.
• Database Management: Maintain and audit internal research databases to ensure all property market information is accurate and up to date.
• Event & Project Assistance: Support the team during industry briefings, webinars, or corporate events, and handle ad hoc analytical or administrative tasks as assigned.


Requirements:

• Education: Degree holder (or final year undergraduate) in Statistics, Real Estate, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot trends in numbers; comfortable working with large datasets.
• Soft Skills: Highly responsible, proactive, and eager to learn, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team.
• Technical Proficiency: Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Language Skills: Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
