OPERATIONS COORDINATOR 營運助理

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inventory management, including stock control, record keeping and annual stock take負責存貨管理工作,包括庫存控制、資料記錄及年度盤點
  • Coordinate logistics arrangements on delivery schedules and the return of defective items with the Operations team and customers協調物流安排,跟進送貨時間表,並與營運團隊及客戶處理有缺陷貨品的退換事宜
  • Handle general customer enquiries related to delivery and service schedules 處理有關送貨及服務安排的一般客戶查詢
  • Assist in installing, maintaining, and servicing the environmental fragrance system that disperses fragrance into the desired target areas according to installation and service schedules and requirements 協助環境香氛系統的安裝、保養及維修工作,確保按照既定的安裝及服務時間表及要求,將香氛有效分佈至指定區域
  • Provide general office administrative support 提供日常辦公室行政支援
  • Working at shift duty is required, including night shift (if required) 需配合輪班工作安排,包括夜班(如有需要)
  • Work on ad hoc duties as assigned 執行其他由上司指派的臨時工作

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Secondary school graduate or above; a diploma in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related disciplines will be a definite advantage 中學畢業或以上;具備商業、物流、工程或相關學科文憑者優先考慮
At least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or technical operations is preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered 具最少一年物流或技術營運相關工作經驗者優先;亦歡迎應屆畢業生申請
Strong communication skills, with experience handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions 具良好溝通能力,並有透過電話、電郵及親身處理客戶查詢的經驗
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively 工作有條理、注重細節,能有效同時處理多項工作
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 具備良好中英文書寫及會話能力
