Event Executive

Job Description

Responsible for the company’s MICE (Meeting, Incentive Travel, Convention and Exhibition) & Special Event’s implementation.
Invite businesses, government departments, associations, clubs, traders and consulates for potential collaborations.
Propose ways and means to improve MICE business.
Meet all banquet, conference and exhibition organizers at the venue and solicit future business.
Provide support for research of potential specials events to be held in Macau Fisherman’s Wharf.
Have a full understanding of all company event details and introduce to potential customers.
Hold and attend various events to ensure that the targeted markets and audiences are effectively attracted to the promotions.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with relevant events industry bodies and committees.

Job Specification

Bachelor Degree in Event Management or related disciplines
Macau BIR Holder
2 years or above related experience
Pleasant, Courteous, Hardworking and Independently
Ability to Communicate at All Levels
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Ability to Work Under Pressure
