Lupi & Associates is seeking highly organized and proactive Paralegals / Trainee Lawyers to support the firm’s lawyers and its expansion. We are looking for talented problem solvers who have an entrepreneurial spirit and believe challenges represent opportunities.

盧忠誠律師事務所正在招募積極主動、組織能力強的律師助理/實習律師，以協助事務所律師的工作並推動事務所的擴張。我們正在尋找具有創業精神、善於解決問題並相信挑戰蘊藏機會的優秀人才。

Key Responsibilities - 主要職責:

• Support qualified lawyers in case preparation, legal research, and due diligence
• 協助具資格律師準備案件、進行法律研究及盡職調查
• Draft legal correspondence, basic contracts, and procedural documents
• 撰寫法律函件、基礎合同及程序文件
• Organize and maintain case files, records, and databases with accuracy
• 準確整理及維護案件檔案、記錄及資料庫
• Liaise with clients, courts, government authorities, and external parties
• 與客戶、法院、政府部門及外部機構溝通聯絡
• Assist in transaction coordination and administrative aspects of legal matters
• 協助交易協調及法律事務的行政工作

Requirements - 職位要求:

• Law degree from a recognized university and pursuing legal qualifications / Macau Law Association training
• 持有認可大學法律學位，並正修讀法律資格／澳門律師協會培訓
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• 較強的組織能力、多个任务處理能力及問題解決能力
• Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy and ability to work effectively under supervision
• 注重細節，精確度高，能在監督下有效工作
• Fresh graduates or candidates with legal internship / trainee experience are welcome
• 歡迎應屆畢業生或具法律實習／見習經驗者
• Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• 良好的英文及中文（書面及口語）能力
• Knowledge of Portuguese is a strong advantage
• 懂葡語者優先考慮
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to develop a career with international exposure
