We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Administration Manager to join our team in Macau. This role is pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting the smooth operation of our APAC team including Macau, Singapore, Philippines,Malaysia and India. Key Responsibilities: • Lead proactive manpower planning • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews and selection • Handle foreign labor quota applications and renewals • Stay current on compensation trends and market expectations • Ensure robust hiring methods are used across the business • Oversee onboarding and induction of new hires • Implementation of central HR initiatives. • Ongoing management of team contracts and updates when required • Yearly reviews of staff • Organization of events • Provide full-spectrum administrative and office management support • Minute team meetings and distribute accordingly • Assist with ad hoc projects as required Requirements: • University degree in Business or HR Management • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR and Administration • Strong knowledge of Macau HR law and compliance • Proficient in recruitment and resourcing tools • Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken) • Excellent interpersonal skills with a tactful approach • Self-motivated with sound judgment and diplomacy • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What We Offer: We offer an attractive remuneration package and a range of benefits to the successful candidate.
