Secretary / Personal Assistant / 秘書/私人助理

Responsibilities

  • Provide all-round secretarial support
  • Organizing daily itineraries, schedules, and appointments etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes
  • Handle ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
  • Provide administrative support to company
  • External coordination and communication

Requirements

  • Candidates with secretarial experience would be preferred
  • Able to work under pressure and handle ad-hoc issues
  • Understanding the job characteristics
  • Good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Presentable, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate availability preferred
