Secretary to Director

Job Highlights

  • Secretarial and Administrative support
  • Muit-tasking required and works under pressure

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support
  • Handle part of HR issue regarding staff movement, leave applications, insurance claims, monthly payroll and assist in workers recruitment, schedule relevant roster and prepare various work visa applications etc.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events
  • Handle calls, emails and correspondences independently
  • Provide administrative support in buying activities, stock planning and allocation, and merchandise delivery and reordering situations to meet company business objectives
  • Prepare merchandising reports for management review on business performance and inventory turn
  • Assist in any other ad hoc duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS


  • University graduate preferably in business or equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience
  • Hands-on experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and meticulous
  • Candidate with more experience can be considered as Assistant Admin Manager
