Premises Management | Assistant Facilities Management Officer

Qualifications:
 
  • University graduated or above, or equivalent professional qualification;
  • At least 2 years working experience;
  • Familiar with Facilities Management and reporting;
  • Knowledge on AutoCAD is advantage;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to meet tight schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the routine maintenance plan and schedule the operation of maintenance contractors;
  • Have good knowledge of the Facilities Management. Monitor and cope with the maintenance contractor to perform the Global Maintenance Service for the Bank according to the agreement;
  • Perform Premise Management and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all related facilities and systems across all Bank properties with the maintenance contractor;
  • Understand the standard of Bank, develop maintenance requirement and prepare tender document for the maintenance and simple renovation and reparation;
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of maintenance contractor. Able to work under pressure and co-ordinate with team member to complete the maintenance and repair requirement from the users.
