Responsibilities:

Handle design and working drawings together with documentation process.
Plan and manage submission schedules for shopdrawings to ensure design quality and alignment with client’s requirements.
Prepare RFI with sketches and manage updates of shopdrawings in accordance with latest design intention
Assist Design Manager in preparing sketches for drawing production
Attend design workshop meeting where necessary

Requirements:

Diploma holder in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.
At least 3 years working experience in Interior design/ fitting-out work from construction field. Experience in high-end residential, hotel & retail projects is preferred.
High proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge in working drawings.
Good presentation and time management skills.
Self-motivated, mature, initiative and able to work under pressure.
Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Designer.
